如果说双挥的WM路线针对范围广(免疫重击外的所有生物),那么这个BUILD线路的针对性则较强(对抗三个夙敌有绝对优势,对免疫重击的生物有相对优势),有点象是互补的两个BUILD。另外此BUILD也体现了好郁闷啊兄所提到的双持PA优于双手PA的特殊情况。

种族:木精灵(其实我更用半兽人,但考虑到XP惩罚...)
属性: 19(+5) 13 14 6 14 8
PVP夙敌推荐:HUMAN,DWARF,ELF
PVE夙敌推荐:HUMANIOD,UNDEAD,随意
装备推荐:弯刀+5或者长剑+5
说明:
1.各位可以看到这个BUILD的INT只有6。没错,不过由于有11个Rng等级,弄到的skill也足够了。
2.至于夙敌的选择,PVP里的三大种族基本占了七成以上,而PVE里的三类最起码也有三成,所以范围并没有想象中那么窄。
3.不能学IMP KD有点遗憾。
由于该BUILD针对性太强,只考虑对抗夙敌时与开IMP PA后的经典4Ftr/1Bard/10RDD/5FB的比较(+5武器,+8STR腰带)
AB方面:
11Rng/4Ftr/5FB:20BAB+11Str modifier+1 Weapon focus+5 enchantment-4=33
4Ftr/1BARD/10RDD/5FB:16BAB+15Str modifier+1 Weapon focus+5 enchantmen+1 bard mod=38
AB相差为5。
DPS方面(假设双挥是LS,双手是GS,这次计算夙敌换成免疫CH的UD):

主手一击平均伤害:4.5+13+5+20+3=45.5
副手一击平均伤害:4.5+7+5+20+3=39.5
一轮平均伤害:45.5X4+39.5X3=300
如果引入AB偏低造成的影响,首先我们来看一下两者的AB CHAIN。
4Ftr/1BARD/10RDD/5FB为:38/33/28/23
11Rng/4Ftr/5FB为33/28/23/18和33/28/23
我们极端化一些,完全放弃11Rng/4Ftr/5FB的主手的最后一次攻击,那么两个BUILD在AB CHAIN里后三次AB相同,则11Rng/4Ftr/5FB一轮平均伤害调整为:
45.5X3+39.5X3=255
4Ftr/1BARD/10RDD/5FB
一击平均伤害:7+22+5+20+1(bard mod)=55
一轮平均伤害:55X4=220
若将经典BUILD里的Ftr换成Rng打夙敌,则
一轮平均伤害:264
对抗夙敌时引入AB劣势的DPS结果为:
11Rng/4Ftr/5FB超越4Ftr/1BARD/10RDD/5FB,差于4Rng/1BARD/10RDD/5FB。此结论在引入HASTE后依然有效。
若是对付不免疫重击的生物,双挥选择弯刀学IMP CH,每轮伤害会提高30-40,这样一来便可以说已经超越经典双手BUILD,从而成为名副其实的夙敌杀手。

As for the PA/IPA in conjunction with FPA builds and EPA or SPA from FB, I had tested it before, but the only 'workable' build was a Very Limited build.
FPA seems to be either incorrectly described or bugged for 2H. Using a greatsword I found the bonus power attack damage to be:

IPA + FPA: +24= +6x3(2H FPA) +6(2H bonus)
Evidently, the x3 multiplier only applied to the base 1H bonus +3, or +6 and then added to the doubled bonus from 2H weapons. From the description (x2 with 1H and x3 to 2H on the 'bonus power attack damage'), one could've expected the bonus damage to have been +18 and +36 respectively. You get the same effect twohand wielding a 1H weapon.

IPA + FPA + EPA: +32 = +14(EPA) +6x3(FPA)
PA + FPA + SPA: +18 = +9(SPA) +3x3(FPA)
