It is Quicktime format and has a running time of 0:53
It is labeled as a "teaser" trailer and for good reason. However you do see several moments of animated monsters and they do look good. This is in our file area as well (must be logged in), however we ask you use the 3D Gamers mirrors if possible.
Feel free to post your thoughts after you see it here in the forums or as a comment to this news story.
UPDATE
I have confirmation this is the same 'teaser video' they showed over in France during the first big NWN 2 PR push last summer @ the GoPlay event. Apparently this is just repackaged and released to the public.
Patrick K Mills: The trailer was made for the press event in Lyons and had sort of a "halloween" theme. I don't think it was ever meant to be released publicly.

Adam Miller observations
The trailer has an interesting "The Ring" vibe to it. I'm not sure the static really fits with a fantasy setting, but it seems that whoever put it together was trying to go for an edgy/horror feel.
Going frame-by-frame, there's a few things that caught my eye:
A tall stone tower.
A windmill.
An elevated wood guard tower.
A striped tent.
A rather exotic looking shirt (feathers?).
Lots of nice animations of creatures we've already seen.
Moving clouds, shadows, flames, smoke, trees.
Mist in the swamp? (hard to tell)
Knowledge which is felt to be boring is of little use,but knowledge which is assimilated eagerly becomes a permanent possession.
