推荐 Tales of Arterra-The Awakening

相信很多人已经玩过了。vault上评分9.91,2005的金奖,还有它的前作the Lost(2004铜奖)。有玩家评论说这是他玩过的最好的RPG,虽然它只是一个mod而不是一个完整的游戏。我现在正在玩2,1已经玩通了。深深被吸引。NPC非常有特点,这是原版NWN里体会不到的。再我看来,这个mod比原版NWN好玩,能吸引我把长篇的英文对白看完。我现在已经厌倦了那些高等级,神装的mod,BG2的3 mod也打腻了,开始回归真正的Role Play。

看到自己早年的回帖,回想了下这个模组,居然没有想起来,一个可能的原因就是玩的时间太早,我已经忘记它了,另一个可能的原因就比较令人遗憾了,就是这个模组我觉得并不好玩,所以没有印象,不管怎样给出个下载链接,希望别的人玩这个模组后能给评论下优缺点。

这个mod最大的“特点”就是杀怪不给经验

看看[url]http://nwvault.ign.com[/url]上玩家的评论就知道了,杀怪不给经验这个“特点”使这个MOD毁誉参半,我玩的时候费牛劲杀了几个老怪,居然一点好处没有,这个郁闷
不过这可以使玩家带全拥兵,专心剧情,有利有弊

披风问题 :
为什么我看你的persey和eva有翅膀??
persey~有恶魔翅膀偶知道 可是要把披风拿下来才能看到.....怎么解决既有披风又能看翅膀问题呢?
还有eva有鸡翅膀从来米注意过~
顺便透露下 II 里面 eva哪里回来的~偶现在还在码头看剧情....

一.1.68版披风会把翅膀屏掉,貌似无解...或许你可以把披风的外型设成 无?
二.关于eva...I里面她的来历你知道没?如果你和她谈得多的话...至于II,还是不要剧透好.....她的天界生物翅膀是进入某大厅才出现的

其实个人感觉应该叫bioware把写这个mod的人招到公司里面去  
真正的玩家才能写出好游戏

A question people will have: "Will you make another module?"
My answer: "Nope." My reasons are as follows:

#1: The Aurora engine has gotten long in the tooth, and from my previous comments. it's obvious I've gotten frustrated with it.

#2: The bigger issue is time. I love making games. I love writing and storytelling,designing and scripting. But the reason I started tinkering with this Toolset over a year ago and made The Lost was because I
wanted to prove to myself that I could do this, and because in the back of my mind, I was thinking I might have something with which to use as a portfolio to get into the industry. It's clear to me now that
nobody is interested in what I can do. I don't have a degree in Computer Science, or any equivalent education whatsoever. All this was self-learned. In other words, I don't even get past the initial education
screen when I apply to Bioware or Obsidian. Sooo... if making games is nothing more than a hobby and can never become a career, I gotta look at the investment in time. I take this stuff seriously, and can't
do it just casually. I spent all my spare time in the last 12+ months working on the Tales of Arterra series. It might as well have been a second full-time job. In this time,I could've taken a correspondence course
or something. That's significant because at this point, I have a full-time job, but not something I consider a career. I greatly appreciate the wonderful feedback and encouragement from the community.But the
game industry isn't in the cards for me... it's time for me to move on.

不过别把作者想成没接受过高等教育的....只不过Kevin原先学的是生物科学,小时候想当牙医,曾在生物实验室工作过.....(不对口又怎样?bioware的两个创始人原先不也学医的么?)

所有的公司都要想既有学历又有实力的,问题就在于很多时候他们为了学历放弃了实力

不过bio还是不够灵活,适当的把工作外包不就可以了,计件付酬,长期合作以后可以考虑收编嘛
